Brenda Benson is a partner with Baker, Keener & Nahra and is one of the firm’s four Midwest transplants, hailing from Geneva, Illinois. Brenda focuses her practice exclusively in the field of medical malpractice, where she pairs her over twenty years of experience in the medical-legal field with her thirteen years of training and work as a licensed registered nurse to provide the best possible defense for physicians, nurses and other health care professionals, as well as the hospitals and other medical institutions by which they are employed, in medical malpractice actions. She also assists physicians and other health care professionals with responding to the day to day issues that arise in their practice, include those related to privacy issues, among others.
Brenda is an active participant in the Los Angeles legal community as a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. When her time isn’t occupied as an attorney, wife or mother of two teenaged sons, Brenda enjoys running and being an active member of her local church.
