BKN obtains defense verdict in medical malpractice case over injured hand

After a brief, thirty-five minute deliberation, a Los Angeles Superior Court jury returned a defense verdict in favor of our client hospital with an 11-1 decision finding that our client had not committed any malpractice against the plaintiff. Attorney John P. Nahra successfully represented the defendant hospital at trial, who was accused of negligently causing damage to the nerves in plaintiff’s hands during a blood draw, another in a series of recent trial victories on behalf of medical providers represented by BKN.
