Arbitration award obtained in wrongful termination lawsuit against law firm

After attending a two-day arbitration earlier this month, attorneys Robert Baker and Derrick Lowe obtained an arbitration award in favor of their client, a local law firm, who had been sued by a former employee on claims of sexual harassment and retaliation. The arbitrator, after considering all of the evidence presented, found no merit with the former employee’s claims and issued an award in favor of our client on all claims.
